Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Domestic Shipping & Delivery Policy

•              ~  Buyers from the pincodes 627852 and 627811 are eligible for free shipping.
•              ~ For buyers within Tamil Nadu, excluding the pincodes 627852 and 627811, a shipping charge of ₹50 per kg will apply.
•              ~ For buyers outside Tamil Nadu, a shipping charge of ₹100 per kg will apply.
•              ~ To benefit from Return, Exchange, and Warranty services, the original invoice is required.
•              ~ Orders within Tamil Nadu will be delivered in 3-5 days
•              ~ Orders outside Tamil Nadu will be delivered in 7-10 days.

• Domestic Cancellation & Return Policy

•           ~Buyers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them.
•           ~Cancellations will not be accepted after the 24-hour window has passed.
•           ~All items are subject to Return and Exchange except with following terms:
•                        1. Item is in original packing condition.
•                       2.  Return is within 3 days and exchange is within 7 days of date of purchase.
•                       3.  Offers item can be returned with the purchased item if the offers item is still in the original condition, otherwise its price will be deducted.
• •           ~ Item purchased through vouchers, credit card cannot be refunded in cash and it can be exchanged with Naturos gift voucher.
  •          ~  Return, Exchange and warranty service extend within the geographical boundaries of the country in which the product was purchase
  •         ~   Accepting shipment from shipping company declares that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and it is sealed upon receiving.
  •          ~  The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of delivery and you must have the Original invoice that arrived with the shipment.
  •           ~  Item purchased through vouchers, credit card or through installment service cannot be refunded in cash and it can be refunded to store credit in online account.
  •            ~ Naturos will Refund or replace products with a manufacturing defect

  •               ~An opening video of the product is mandatory to request a refund or exchange. Naturos will process refunds or replacements only for products with manufacturing defects.

  • International Shipping , Cancellation & Refund Policy

  •            International orders will be delivered within 15 days of payment confirmation.
               Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
               Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.
               Please ensure all delivery details are accurate to avoid delays or additional charges.
